When I first started this site a year ago, I felt like a fraud. Why should anyone trust me on music? I’m not a musician, I don’t work in the industry, I’m just a fan. But here I am a year later, and I know that’s why I’m not a fraud. Because I’m a fan.
I have more experiences under my belt at 24 than some people have in a lifetime and I’m so grateful for that. I graduated with a Masters degree in Publishing and Writing, but opted against getting a “real job” so I can do this tour life thing full time. (Aside from shoving my music tastes on my passengers when I’m an uber driver, which is what actually pays the bills for now.) I feel like I’ve made a name for myself in the music scene in some way, and all I did to get there was by being a really passionate fan. So I’m full of stories, and as a writer, I’m here to share them with you. Hopefully you’ll be inspired to go out and make some stories of your own, or be inspired to pick up an instrument and chase your dreams that way if that’s where it takes you.
Life is short, buy the damn concert tickets.
What People Are Saying

—Kailyn V.
“I feel like where people get their music tastes is influenced by their friends and who recommends stuff to them. It’s like a pyramid, and you’re at the top. And I think having a varied taste in music helps with that. You’re big in the scene. Both the grassroots and the festival scene. I know you probably have sacrifices you make to follow your favorite bands on tour, and I imagine what it would be like on the other side of that. What if one day someone’s following my band?”
—Jeff W.
“You’ll always be the Concert Fairy.”
—Chelsea C.
